supports development in Ashton that conforms to the Master Plan.

We are pro-Master Plan, not anti-development.

A design for the development of the northeast corner of the intersection of New Hampshire Avenue (Route 650) and Ashton Road (Route 108) has been submitted by the developers, Fred Nichols and Willard Derrick, to Montgomery County Park and Planning.  Park and Planning requires community meetings to be held.  SSARPC found out yesterday that a meeting will be held tomorrow, Wednesday, October 18^th, from 7-9 pm at the Ross Boddy Community Center (18529 Brooke Road, Sandy Spring). 

Meeting Purpose:  Discuss Plans for Northeast Corner of 650 and 108

Meeting Sponsors:  Fred Nichols and Willard Derrick, Developers

When:  Wednesday, October 18, 7-9 pm

Where:  Ross Boddy Community Center
